NFL Fans Troll Jets As Garrett Wilson, Aaron Glenn Have Heated Exchange vs. Broncos
Fans were once again fixated on a sideline moment involving New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn, only this time the optics were much worse.
As the first half drew to a close in Sunday's game between the Jets and Denver Broncos, Glenn had an exchange with star wide receiver Garrett Wilson. Absent further context, it looked as though Wilson was frustrated with how Glenn managed the final drive of the second quarter.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The 2022 Offensive Rookie of the Year wasn't the only one with questions based on the reaction from social media:
Following a Broncos punt, the Jets got the ball deep in their own territory with 3:22 left in the half. That was more than enough time for New York to get a go-ahead touchdown or at least trim the deficit to one point heading into halftime.
The offense only managed to travel 31 yards on 10 plays. Even worse, Glenn let the clock run down on 4th-and-1 rather than attempt a Hail Mary or trick play that — while having a low probability of success — could've achieved something.
Either it was one of the worst examples of clock management from an NFL head coach this season, or Glenn has almost no faith in starting quarterback Justin Fields. Neither conclusion is good for New York.
Hiring Glenn was considered a big win for the Jets. After four years as defensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions, he was one of the stronger candidates on the coaching market, and he had spent 15 years as a cornerback in the league.
Nobody expected the franchise to be a contender in 2025, but tangible signs of progress weren't too much to ask.
Instead, Glenn has only lasted six games before some are prepared to put him on the hot seat.
