Over in the American League, the Detroit Tigers and Seattle Mariners play Game 5 on Friday night to determine which team faces the Toronto Blue Jays in the ALCS.

The ALCS matchup will be set on Friday night. The Tigers will put Tarik Skubal up against George Kirby and the Mariners in a rematch of the ALDS Game 1 meeting that went 11 innings.
Toronto will host whichever team advances from Friday night in Games 1 and 2 of the ALCS. The ALCS will start on Sunday night.
