A'ja Wilson couldn't be stopped on Wednesday night.

Wilson finished with 34 points, 14 rebounds, four assists and three blocks while shooting 11-of-20 from the field in the 90-88 win. She also hit 11 of her 12 free-throw attempts.

Wednesday marked Wilson's seventh career Finals game with at least 20 points and 10 rebounds, the most in WNBA history.

She also reached several other postseason milestones during the contest.

Las Vegas opened Wednesday's matchup with a 21-8 lead in the first quarter, but the Mercury instantly stormed back to tie the contest with a 13-0 run.

The Aces pulled away once again near the end of the second quarter, entering halftime on an 11-2 run. Las Vegas led Phoenix 55-43 at the half.

The Mercury weren't able to cut the deficit to single digits in the third quarter, but ended up coming back to tie the game multiple times late in the fourth before Wilson ultimately sealed the win for the Aces.

The 2025 WNBA MVP made her presence felt on both ends of the floor throughout the game, although she was far from Las Vegas' only key contributor. Jackie Young scored 21 points and dished out nine assists without committing a turnover, shooting 7-of-18 from the field.

Jewell Loyd also chipped in with 16 points on 4-of-7 shooting off the bench.

For the Mercury, Satou Sabally and DeWanna Bonner combined to score 49 points while both players shot over 50 percent from the field. The rest of Phoenix's rotation finished with 39 total points, though.

Three-point accuracy was one the differences in the game, as the Aces connected on 37.5 percent of their triples while the Mercury only hit 33.3 percent of their threes.

Phoenix also missed eight free throws as Las Vegas shot 23-of-25 from the free-throw line.

The Aces are now one win away from securing their third championship in four seasons.
