Dolphins Reveal Black 'Rivalries' Uniforms in Video Ahead of MNF Game vs. Jets
The Miami Dolphins unveiled the team's Rivalries uniforms that it'll wear during a Week 4 matchup with the New York Jets on Monday Night Football.
The jerseys and helmets are black while the Dolphins' traditional blue and orange colors are featured on the shoulders, collar, numbers and player names.
Miami was one of eight teams in the AFC East and NFC West to receive a Rivalries uniform for the 2025 season. The Jets also revealed their alternate uniform as part of the program, which they'll wear during a divisional matchup with the Dolphins on Dec. 7.
As for Miami, the new uniforms have already received positive reviews from inside the locker room.
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, defensive end Bradley Chubb, linebacker Jordyn Brooks, fullback Alec Ingold and linebacker Jaelan Phillips were among those that praised the jersey's design in a teaser video released by the team on Aug. 27.
The Dolphins will be hoping that the temporary wardrobe change can help them turn things around on the field, as they've opened up their 2025 campaign with a disappointing 0-3 record.
Miami's offense has struggled to stay consistent while its defense has allowed 32.3 points per game this season, the worst mark in the NFL.
Kickoff between the Dolphins and Jets on Monday night is at 7:15 p.m. ET.
