NFL Rivalries Uniforms Revealed for AFC East, NFC West in Videos, Photos for 2025
The NFL revealed on Thursday the Rivalries uniforms that will be worn by AFC East and NFC West teams during the 2025 season.
As part of the NFL Rivalries initiative, the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, New England Patriots, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals will be first teams to sport the unique uniform combos for select rivalry games:
Each team will wear the uniforms once for a divisional game during the 2025 campaign, and two more divisions will be added to the Rivalries rotation each season through 2028.
Per ESPN's Anthony Gharib, the schedule for when each of the eight teams will wear their Rivalries uniforms this season is as follows:
- Arizona Cardinals: Sept. 25 vs. SEA
- Miami Dolphins: Sept. 29 vs. NYJ
- Buffalo Bills: Oct. 5 vs. NE
- New England Patriots: Nov. 13 vs. NYJ
- Los Angeles Rams: Nov. 16 vs. SEA
- New York Jets: Dec. 7 vs. MIA
- Seattle Seahawks: Dec. 18 vs. LAR
- San Francisco 49ers: Jan. 4 vs. SEA
The NFL first announced the NFL Rivalries uniform idea in April, expressing a desire to "elevate NFL rivalry games" and "drive fan engagement."
Also, the league explained that the uniforms would be "rooted extensively in local community insights," while "pulling inspiration from the history of each market and the aspects of the community that only that team's city embodies."
Of the eight new styles that were unveiled Thursday, four of them feature black jerseys and pants, as the Dolphins, Jets, Rams and Niners all went with a blackout look.
The Bills and Cards contrasted with whiteout uniforms, as Buffalo's represent a snowstorm and Arizona's are an homage to the desert with speckles of sand-colored accents.
Seattle's Rivalries threads feature grey tops and bottoms, and New England has an icy look with navy blue jerseys and white helmets and pants.
The future schedule for the NFL Rivalries uniform series will feature the AFC South and NFC North in 2026, NFC East and AFC West in 2027, and AFC North and NFC South in 2028.
