Tre Tucker, Sterling Shepard, Top Fantasy Waiver-Wire WRs After Mike Evans' Injury
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost a key member of the offense during Sunday's game against the New York Jets.
Per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, the Bucs ruled wide receiver Mike Evans out in the fourth quarter because of a hamstring injury. While it's still unclear whether Evans is dealing with a long-term injury, fantasy managers might want to start gameplanning for the week ahead.
If Evans is sidelined, here are a handful of receivers that could be good pickups on the waiver wire.
Tre Tucker

Tucker is likely going to be a hot commodity this week after the performance he had against the Washington Commanders.
Tucker, who came into Sunday's contest with 66 yards and a touchdown on the season, finished with 145 receiving yards and three touchdowns, both of which were career highs for a single game.
Tucker, a third-round pick in 2023, hasn't exactly been consistent to start the year, so fantasy managers sho
Sterling Shepard

Sterling Shepard is in his 10th year in the NFL, but he could be on his way to a career season.
He's already on pace for a career high in receiving yards, and his production should only increase if Evans is out for an extended period. Shepard would presumably be Baker Mayfield's second option behind rookie Emeka Egbuka.
Shepard's fantasy stock will only go up after this week, though, considering he had four receptions for 80 yards against the Jets.
Troy Franklin

Troy Franklin, a fourth-round pick in last year's draft, appears on his way to a breakout season after a quiet rookie year.
In his first season, Franklin had just 263 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Through two games this season, he's already up to 133 yards and a touchdown. Against the Colts last week, he had an 89-yard, one-touchdown performance.
Clearly, Franklin is figuring things out, but he's not a big name just yet and should be available in plenty of fantasy leagues.
