WWE Superstars Triple H Must Push This Year

Donald WoodAug 28, 2025

When Triple H took over WWE Creative following the departure of Vince McMahon, wrestling fans believed there would be wholesale changes and improvements

Unfortunately, some of the best Superstars are still cast aside, and the same issues that plagued storylines under the McMahon regime have continued.

Triple H needs to make several fundamental changes before it's too late.

To remedy the issues, here are the Superstars who must be pushed by the end of 2025.

Montez Ford

There are few stars on the main roster who deserve a push more than Montez Ford, but it should be as a singles competition, not as part of The Street Profits tag team with Angelo Dawkins.

As part of a successful team, Ford has already reached his glass ceiling, as WWE doesn't value the tag team division.

As one of the best talkers in the business and a stellar in-ring technician, it's time for Ford to break away from Dawkins and shine as a singles star.

The ideal start of the process would be turning on his partner after a marquee loss with a memorable beatdown. Ford would win the subsequent battle with Dawkins and begin his run as a singles star with serious heel momentum.

Between the Intercontinental Championship and the United States Championship, Ford should spend the first year or two fighting for secondary belts before eventually moving up the card and challenging for a world title.

That starts in 2025 with an impressive heel turn and a victory over his former friend.

Roxanne Perez

It's time for Roxanne Perez to become a cornerstone of the women's division.

Triple H has dropped the ball at times when booking the women on Raw, but the departure of Naomi due to pregnancy has left a void Perez can fill. She has excelled with The Judgment Day and is one of the best in-ring performers in the division.

With a marquee win over Iyo Sky and a budding rivalry with Liv Morgan on the horizon when the latter returns from shoulder surgery, Perez needs WWE Creative to go all-in on her storylines to ensure her success with the fans.

All of the pieces are in place for The Prodigy to be a highlight of Raw for the rest of 2025, but it's up to Triple H and company not to screw up her momentum.

Carmelo Hayes

A partnership with The Miz is better than nothing, but Carmelo Hayes deserves so much more after being a cornerstone of NXT. He is yet another example of the disconnect between WWE's main roster and its developmental territory.

While teaming with Miz is a temporary storyline, his eventual heel turn on the veteran and his ascension into the singles division looks more likely than ever. It's time for WWE Creative to push the talented performer to the top of the card.

In NXT, Hayes was a top star, holding the men's world championship and dominating his competition in the ring and on the mic. For the first time since making the jump to the main roster, it appears the company finally has a plan for the future.

Neither Hayes nor WWE Creative can afford to mess up his push again, so the execution needs to be perfect through the rest of 2025 for fans to reinvest in the former champion.
