Carter recorded one tackle in his brief time on the field in the Giants' 31-12 win over their in-state rivals. The 2025 No. 3 pick made his presence felt during joint practices in training camp last week and even drew praise from Jets head coach Aaron Glenn.
Carter may have gotten the last laugh this time, but the Giants haven't beaten the Jets in the regular season since 2011, losing each of the last three matchups. The next regular-season game between New York's two teams is scheduled for 2027.
