MLB Players' Weekend 2025 Bats From Bryce Harper, Bregman, More Revealed in Photos
MLB Players' Weekend is here.
Players' Weekend gives players the opportunity to use custom bats, cleats, gloves, and other accessories to showcase their personalities and interests.
Philadelphia Phillies star Bryce Harper used a fire-themed bat, while Boston Red Sox star Alex Bregman showed love to his team's mascot.
Seattle Mariners slugger Cal Raleigh, meanwhile, paid homage to his "Big Dumper" nickname in a hilarious way and will wear quite the catcher's gear for Sunday's Little League Classic:
New York Mets star Juan Soto had a pair of custom cleats made for Sunday night:
For some players, Players' Weekend means showing love to their families. That's the route Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman Ketel Marte took with a custom bat featuring a photo of him and his mother.
Milwaukee Brewers' Christian Yelich used Players' Weekend to salute Bob Uecker, the legendary play-by-play announcer who died earlier this year.
Other players decided to pay homage to movies and video games with their Players' Weekend designs. Boston Red Sox third baseman Marcelo Mayer is using a Lightning McQueen-themed bat this weekend, while Harrison Bader of the Philadelphia Phillies gave a nod to "Fortnite" with his chug jug bat.
Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Andrew McCutchen went with a pencil bat, and St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Lars Nootbaar chose an interesting design for his bat.
Slugger Cody Bellinger also shared a moment with his father and reflected on their shared New York Yankees history:
Players' Weekend will continue throughout the weekend and will conclude with the Little League Classic between the Seattle Mariners and New York Mets in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, the home of the Little League World Series.
