Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, Full Top-10 WNBA Player Ratings Released for NBA 2K26
The 10 highest-rated WNBA players in the upcoming NBA 2K26 video game were officially revealed Friday.
Minnesota Lynx forward Napheesa Collier leads the way at 98 overall, followed by Las Vegas Aces center A'ja Wilson and New York Liberty forward Breanna Stewart at 97 overall apiece:
Second-year Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark clocks in at No. 4 with a 96 overall rating, and second-year Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese rounds out the top 10 at 90 overall.
The WNBA has exploded in popularity since last year, and it is no coincidence that the ascent occurred once Clark and Reese joined the league.
Following a decorated collegiate career at Iowa, Clark went first overall to the Fever in the 2024 WNBA draft and became an instant superstar, earning All-Star and WNBA Rookie of the Year honors, while finishing fourth in WNBA MVP voting.
This season has been a trying one for Clark thus far, however, as injuries have limited her to only 13 games.
Reese won a national title and NCAA Tournament Most Outstanding Player honors while at LSU in 2023, but she dropped a bit in the first round of the 2025 WNBA draft, falling to the Sky at No. 7 overall.
She has already exceeded her draft position, earning two All-Star selections to start her career. Reese also finished second in WNBA Rookie of the Year voting behind Clark last season and won the WNBA rebounding title with 13.1 rebounds per game.
Reese leads the WNBA in rebounding this season as well with 12.6 per contest, and her popularity was recognized in the form of making her the cover athlete for the WNBA Edition of NBA 2K26.
As great as Clark and Reese have been thus far, the top spots in terms of overall ratings in NBA 2K26 belong to a trio of WNBA veterans in Collier, Wilson and Stewart.
Collier is a five-time All-Star and the reigning WNBA Defensive Player of the Year, and she may be trending toward her first career WNBA MVP Award, as she leads the league with 23.5 points per game to go along with 7.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.6 blocks.
Both Wilson and Stewart are former WNBA champions and MVPs who are still at the top of their game.
Wilson was named WNBA MVP in 2020, 2022 and 2024, led the Aces to back-to-back championships in 2022 and 2023, and secured WNBA Finals MVP in 2023.
Similarly, Stewart is a three-time WNBA champ, two-time WNBA MVP and two-time WNBA Finals MVP, and she led the Liberty to their first-ever WNBA title last season.
While WNBA players have been included in the NBA 2K video game series for quite some time, their integration into NBA 2K26 is more significant than ever.
NBA 2K announced this week that for the first time, NBA 2K26 will feature NBA and WNBA players on the same and opposing teams in MyTeam mode, allowing for dream combinations of the best men's and women's basketball players in the world.
The NBA 2K26 video game will officially launch for PlayStation5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2 on Sept. 5, with early access beginning on Aug. 29.
