Eagles Reportedly Trade for CB Jakorian Bennett, Raiders Get DT Thomas Booker IV
The Philadelphia Eagles acquired cornerback Jakorian Bennett in a trade with the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Per Schefter, Philadelphia sent defensive tackle Thomas Booker IV to Las Vegas in return.
Bennett has started 11 games for the Raiders over the past two seasons, while Booker was primarily utilized as a rotational defensive lineman with the Eagles in 2024.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Bennett should compete for a spot on the boundary opposite Quinyon Mitchell in Philadelphia's secondary, joining a position battle that currently contains Adoree' Jackson and Kelee Ringo.
The Raiders selected Bennett with a fourth-round pick in the 2023 NFL draft, making four starts as a rookie before making seven appearances as a starter last season.
He's shown promise when healthy, recording 26 tackles and eight passes defensed in 2024 while excelling in coverage.
According to Pro Football Focus, Bennett allowed a passer rating of just 62.4 when targeted last season. He also gave up a mere 9.8 yards per reception.
For the Raiders, they'll hope that Booker can provide a boost to their interior defensive line after he served as a depth option in a talented Eagles defensive tackle room that contained Jalen Carter, Jordan Davis, Moro Ojomo and Ty Robinson.
Booker was initially drafted by the Houston Texans with a fifth-round pick in 2022, appearing in 10 games with the team as a rookie before spending the 2023 season on Philadelphia's practice squad.
The 25-year-old should also help the Raiders after they released defensive tackle Christian Wilkins on July 24.
Booker recorded 18 tackles, two tackles for loss, two quarterback hits and one sack across 17 games with Philadelphia in 2024.
