Terry McLaurin's Rumored Trade Request Has NFL Fans Discussing WR's Top Landing Spots
Late in the offseason, a star wide receiver could be on the move.
Washington Commanders star receiver Terry McLaurin reportedly requested a trade on Thursday amid ongoing contract disputes with his team.
The Athletic's Dianna Russini reported that "multiple teams have reached out to the Commanders" about a trade for McLaurin, but all were told no. Now, Washington might not have a choice but to trade him.

After his reported trade request, fans debated where McLaurin could end up this fall.
McLaurin has recorded 1,000 or more receiving yards in all but one of his six seasons in the NFL, including last year when he had 1,096 yards and 13 touchdowns. He would be the No. 1 receiver on plenty of NFL teams.
Of course, McLaurin is also 29 years old, so giving him a big contract could be a bit risky.
Still, a number of teams would be willing to give up a big haul in a trade for McLaurin, but the Commanders will likely try to reach a deal with him before that happens.
