Cardi B's Rumored Schedule for Historic WWE SummerSlam Revealed amid Bayley Tease

Superstar rapper Cardi B will reportedly only be present for half of WWE SummerSlam this weekend.

According to WrestleVotes (h/t Steve Carrier of Ringside News), Cardi B is only expected to be part of Night 1 of SummerSlam on Saturday at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

SummerSlam is a two-night event for the first time ever this year with Night 1 on Saturday and Night 2 on Sunday.

Back in April, WWE began advertising Cardi as the host of SummerSlam, and she was a fitting choice given her public declaration that she was a wrestling fan while growing up.

In 2019, Cardi posted on X that Booker T, Batista, Eddie Guerrero, Triple H, Edge and Lita were her favorite wrestlers.

Recently, Cardi has been interacting with head of WWE creative Triple H on X and teasing the possibility of getting physical at SummerSlam.

When Triple H wrote to Cardi that "we'll see who steps to you in person" at SummerSlam, Bayley responded, suggesting that she would be up to the task:

Cardi clapped back, calling for Triple H to "leave her at home."

After losing to Lyra Valkyria in a Women's Intercontinental Championship No. 1 contender's match, Bayley is not currently booked on the SummerSlam card.

She could potentially get involved in the women's IC title match between Valkyria and Becky Lynch by helping one of them, but mixing it up with Cardi would undoubtedly garner her some mainstream attention.

Night 1 of SummerSlam could prove to be heavy on celebrity involvement, as country music star Jelly Roll is set to make his in-ring debut, teaming with Randy Orton against Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul.
