Bayron Matos Reportedly Released from Hospital After Injury at Dolphins Training Camp
Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Bayron Matos has been released from hospital after suffering an upper-body injury at the team's training camp on July 23, per ESPN's Marcel Louis-Jacques.
Matos was transported to the Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center in a helicopter after suffering the injury, where he was observed for several days.
The second-year offensive lineman had regained movement in his extremities by the following day.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
"That's a tough moment for any team," head coach Mike McDaniel told reporters last week. "We were really pumped to hear he has feeling and movement in all extremities. He's doing better and better and that's what we're focused on."
"It was awful," offensive tackle Patrick Paul added. "That's my brother. We came in together last year so I definitely have him in my prayers, but he's doing good."
Matos, 24, is from the Dominican Republic and went to high school at Hamilton Heights Christian Academy in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He played college basketball for both New Mexico and South Florida and was a football walk-on at USF.
Matos joined the Dolphins via the International Players Pathway Program last season. He spent his first year in Miami on the practice squad and was vying for a roster berth this season after signing a futures/reserve contract in January.
Miami's starting offensive line is expected to be comprised of Paul, James Daniels, Aaron Brewer, rookie Jonah Savaiinaea and Austin Jackson. But reserve roles are very much up for grabs, with Matos gunning for one of them coming into training camp.
