Robinson is the fifth running back on the top 100, joining Aaron Jones (No. 98), James Cook (No. 89), Kyren Williams (No. 85) and Christian McCaffrey (No. 73).
When Robinson was originally drafted by the Falcons with the eighth overall pick in 2023, expectations were incredibly high for the Texas alum. He was the first running back selected in the top 10 since Saquon Barkley in 2018.
It seemed to take a while for the Falcons to fully entrust Robinson as their go-to guy in the backfield. He had a near-equal split in carries with Tyler Allgeier during his rookie season, though he played well with 1,463 yards from scrimmage and eight total touchdowns.
Playing under first-year offensive coordinator Zac Robinson in 2024 helped unlock Robinson's full impact for the offense. The 23-year-old finished third in rushing yards (1,456), fourth in yards from scrimmage (1,887) and tied for seventh in total touchdowns (15).
In addition to his rushing ability, Robinson was one of the most reliable receivers out of the backfield in the entire NFL. His 61 receptions ranked third among all running backs
Robinson ended his sophomore season on a high note with a career-high 170 rushing yards against the Carolina Panthers.
Despite being the fourth receiver selected in the 2024 draft, behind heralded prospects like Marvin Harrison Jr. and Rome Odunze, Thomas had the best season of all the rookie receivers.
Thomas led all first-year players with 1,282 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. He joined Jimmy Smith, Allen Robinson and Keenan McCardell as the only receivers in Jaguars history with at least 1,200 yards in a single season.
The LSU alum was able to put up those numbers despite not having a lot of help around him. No other Jaguars player had more than 40 receptions and 411 receiving yards.
Jacksonville did devote some of its resources this offseason to getting more pass-catching talent, led by the trade up to draft Travis Hunter with the No. 2 overall pick. The reigning Heisman winner will flip flop between offense and defense during camp, but his presence at receiver can open up a lot of things for first-year head coach Liam Coen.
Anything that forces defenses to focus some attention away from Thomas is good news for Jacksonville. If he continues on his upward trajectory and Trevor Lawrence takes steps forward under Coen, the Jaguars could be a sleeper playoff team in the AFC.
