Former NBA All-Star Baron Davis Named Host for 'Raiders: Talk of the Nation' NFL Show
Former NBA star Baron Davis is set to take his broadcasting career to the next level, but he won't be talking about basketball.
The Las Vegas Raiders announced that Davis has been tabbed as the host of Raiders: Talk of the Nation, a 30-minute sit-down interview series that explores the lifestyle, culture and community impact of the franchise.
"I'm super excited," Davis said in a release. "As a fan and former athlete, it is going to be fun to be able to tap into players and coaches personalities."

A native of Los Angeles, Davis grew up a Raiders fan and watched the team win Super Bowl XVIII in 1983. He starred in the NBA from 1998 to 2012, suiting up for five different teams and earning two All-Star selections. After his playing career ended, he was a regular panelist on the NBA on TNT's Players Only coverage.
Raiders: Talk of the Nation will be produced by the franchise's in-house production team and will feature appearances from local voices, national media personalities and celebrity guests.
"I'm especially excited to partner with the Raiders on this show because, as a basketball player, stepping into the world of football opens up an incredible opportunity to explore the powerful intersection of sports and culture," Davis said. "This isn't just a show about Raider Nation — it's about the spirit of football, the passion of fandom and the strength of community. From both a fan's perspective and a basketball player lens, it's a first-of-its-kind project that truly bridges the gap between sports worlds. I want the fans to feel connected to the players and coaches."
