Gabe Davis Reportedly Will Visit Saints in NFL Free Agency Amid Steelers Rumors
The New Orleans Saints are set to host wide receiver Gabe Davis for a visit in free agency, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Davis previously visited the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The 26-year-old became a free agent after the Jacksonville Jaguars released him on May 7, gaining $794,118 in salary cap savings.

Davis has also met with the New York Giants and San Francisco 49ers following his release, but hasn't agreed to a contract yet.
He signed a three-year, $39 million deal with the Jaguars in free agency during the 2024 offseason.
Davis failed to exceed expectations during his lone year in Jacksonville, hauling in 20 receptions for 239 yards and two touchdowns. He was limited to just 10 games, as his season came to an end in Week 11 due to a meniscus tear.
Rapoport previously reported that Davis has been "not quite ready" to sign with a team due to his recovery from the injury (h/t SI.com's Jack Markowski).
The former fourth-round pick developed into a key complementary role on the Buffalo Bills prior to his brief Jaguars tenure, serving as a deep threat alongside Stefon Diggs.
Davis recorded at least 700 receiving yards and seven touchdowns in both 2022 and 2023, averaging 17.0 yards per reception over that span.
While Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed have established themselves as starters in New Orleans, the team could sign Davis as a backup option after both players failed to appear in at least 10 games in 2024 due to health issues.
