Browns' Kevin Stefanski Praises Shedeur Sanders, 'I Like Everything There Is About' QB
Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski is happy with the effort he has seen from rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders early into the offseason.
Stefanski said Friday on 850 ESPN Cleveland that Sanders is "working like crazy" on and off the field.
"I like everything there is about Shedeur," he said.

Stefanski also provided insight into how he intends to work Sanders, Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett and Dillon Gabriel into practice. He said the hierarchy will be fluid and evolve based who the coaching staff wants to see more of on a given day:
Sanders, for his part, pointed to a sense of solidarity within the quarterback room. He told FanDuel TV's Kay Adams that "we know we're one."
For now, it's hard to feel any different about Cleveland's quarterback situation than one would've assessed the situation immediately after the 2025 draft. The Browns open organized team activities on May 27, and that's when their QB battle will become an actual competition.
As a fifth-round pick, Sanders can't afford to take anything for granted. His fame and college production count for little in such a tightly contested chase to win a roster spot.
One of Flacco or Pickett probably has the inside track on the starting job thanks to their experience. Flacco has the added benefit of playing in Stefanski's offense before. For Sanders and Gabriel, claiming the backup role and earning a place on the game-day squad is the realistic goal.
