Tyreek Hill Misses Dolphins Practice with Undisclosed Injury, Severity Unknown
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill missed practice on Wednesday because of an undisclosed injury, according to the Miami Herald's Barry Jackson, Claude Smalls II and Andre Fernandez.
The severity of the injury was not disclosed.
Hill played all 17 games in the 2024 season, but he was a little less productive than usual. He finished with 81 catches for 959 yards and six touchdowns, his first year with less than 1,000 yards since 2019 when he was limited to 12 games. It was also his first year with less than 100 catches since 2020.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Dolphins went 8-9 last season and missed the playoffs. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was limited to 11 games after suffering a concussion in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills. Miami's passing offense suffered mightily, producing just 219.8 yards per game after leading the NFL with 265.5 ypg in 2023.
The Dolphins bolstered their passing attack this offseason by signing former Tennessee Titans wide receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, who caught nine touchdown passes in 2024. He should help open up more opportunities for Hill and fellow wideout Jaylen Waddle. Miami also signed former New York Jets and Denver Broncos quarterback Zach Wilson to be Tagovailoa's primary backup.
If Hill is forced to miss time, the Dolphins will likely lean on Waddle as the primary option in the passing game until he's able to return.
