Diamondbacks vs. Dodgers Betting Odds, Player Props and Picks for May 19

Offensive expectations are high for the National League West showdown between the Arizona Diamondbacks and Los Angeles Dodgers. 

The over/under of 10 is tied with the games in Denver and Sacramento for the highest total on Monday’s MLB board. 

However, there are trends that suggest Monday’s game at Dodger Stadium will not be as high scoring as its projected to be. 

Brandon Pfaadt Over 15.5 Outs (-150) 

Brandon Pfaadt just pitched into the seventh inning against the Dodgers on May 8. 

In fact, the DBacks right-hander went over this line in seven of his nine appearances. The two exceptions occurred against the Phillies and Giants in May, which is why the outs recorded prop is low. 

However, Pfaddt pitched into the sixth inning in each of his three regular-season starts in 2024 and 2025. He went 5.2 and six innings in the two starts last year, including one at Dodger Stadium last May. 

Geraldo Perdomo Over 0.5 Hits (-140) 

Geraldo Perdomo recorded five hits in the four-game series with the Dodgers earlier this month.

The DBacks shortstop comes into Monday on a six-game hitting streak and with a .364 batting average in May. 

All of those numbers make it easy to bet Perdomo at -140 to record one hit, which is a far better price compared to Corbin Carroll (-230) and Ketel Marte (-220)

Under 10 (-115) 

Forty-five runs were scored during the four-game series in Arizona in early May.

However, three of those four games went under 10 runs. The overall series run total was inflated by a 14-11 Dodgers win on May 9. 

The numbers in Pfaadt’s starts suggest the under is in play as well. Only one game Pfaadt started had more than 10 runs. Two games had exactly 10 runs and the other six went under that number.
