Todd McShay Ranks Titans Among 'Favorite' Drafts, Jim Harbaugh's Chargers 'Nailed' It
Todd McShay of The Todd McShay Show highlighted the Tennessee Titans and Los Angeles Chargers as two of the top-performing teams in the 2025 NFL Draft.
"(The Tennessee Titans were) one of my favorite draft classes of the entire draft," McShay said (39:00 mark). "They just took all my guys. Top to bottom."

2025 Draft Picks Ready For Leap 🐸

Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
With the No. 1 overall pick, the Titans famously took Miami Hurricanes quarterback Cam Ward to join the team's lackluster quarterback room as the projected starter his rookie season.
Besides the obvious in Ward, McShay was impressed with just about every single one of the Titans draft picks.
Here is a look at the Titans 2025 NFL Draft class:
- Cam Ward (Miami) – QB
- Oluwafemi Oladejo (UCLA) – Edge
- Kevin Winston Jr. (Penn State) – Safety
- Chimere Dike (Florida) – WR
- Gunnar Helm (Texas) – TE
- Elic Ayomanor (Stanford) – WR
- Jackson Slater (Sacramento State) – OG
- Marcus Harris (California) – CB
- Kalel Mullings (Michigan) – RB
In addition to the Titans who held the first pick of the draft, McShay praised the Los Angeles Chargers who he believes "nailed the first four picks of the draft."
"The Chargers nailed the first four picks in my opinion and in the Harbaugh image," McShay said (1:10 mark). "Joe Hortiz doing a great job there drafting, comes from the Baltimore Ravens."
"It's about knowing what you are as an organization and Harbaugh... It's about multiple tight ends but its about running the ball and being physical and putting our quarterback in the position of play action to set him up for some big shots, make life easier," McShay continued. "And we saw in the playoffs last year, we've got to make life easier on Justin Herbert."
Here is a look at the Chargers first four picks in the 2025 NFL Draft class:
- Omarion Hampton (North Carolina) – RB
- Tre Harris (Ole Miss) – WR
- Jamaree Caldwell (Oregon) – DT
- Kyle Kennard (South Carolina) – Edge
Tennessee, which finished last season 4-13, and the Chargers, who finished 11-6, will look to make a significant playoff push with the addition of their draft class.
