Having a camera follow your every move on the first night of the 2025 NFL draft sounds like a great idea, right up until you aren't picked in Round 1.
Deion Sanders Jr., repping his Well Off Media brand, documented the scene at the family draft party as everyone waited to see where Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders would land. As a result, fans got a peek at how Shedeur reacted when teams projected to take him went in another direction.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Sanders rolled with the punches and said, "It is what it is," when the Pittsburgh Steelers opted for Oregon defensive tackle Derrick Harmon at No. 21. He merely nodded when the New York Giants traded back into the first round for a different quarterback, Ole Miss' Jaxson Dart.
After Thursday night concluded, Shedeur thanked the attendees and said he didn't expect what ultimately came to fruition.
"I don't feel like this happened for no reason," he said. "All this is of course fuel to the fire. Under no circumstance—we all know this shouldn't have happened. But we understand, we're on to bigger and better things. Tomorrow's the day. We're going to be happy regardless."
Sanders falling out of the first round wasn't a complete shock as more and more people started to suggest leading up to the draft that he could be a Day 2 pick. The Athletic's Jeff Howe reported Friday teams around the NFL were generally skeptical about his value throughout the pre-draft process too.
Should Sanders go on to have a long, successful career in the pros, his agonizing night will undoubtedly be revisited as a pivotal moment.
