NFL Insider Links Broncos, Bears to Trade Up for Ashton Jeanty in 2025 NFL Draft
Don't be shocked if a team loves Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty enough to move up the board to land him.
According to Albert Breer of SI.com, "If there’s a player who will elicit a trade up into the top 10, I think it will be Jeanty—whether it's the Denver Broncos taking a big swing or the Chicago Bears making a shorter move to leapfrog another team."

Both teams would make sense as Jeanty suitors, though whether they'd trade up to land him remains to be seen.
The Broncos have a massive need at the position, with Jaleel McLaughlin currently atop the depth chart. That needs to be rectified. The Broncos would have to pay a steep price to move into the top 10, however, as they currently hold the No. 20 pick.
The Bears have Ben Johnson as head coach now, who utilized a two-headed monster at running back in Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery while he was the offensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions. He could look to replicate that with Jeanty and D'Andre Swift, and the Bears are already at No. 10, so a move up is feasible.
