Shedeur Sanders Says He Only Listens to His Own Music When He Works Out
Shedeur Sanders says he is his own favorite artist when it comes to workout music.
"I only work out to my own music," Sanders said at the 33-minute mark of Tuesday's episode of The Rush with Maxx Crosby.
"I just make a lot of songs, just so I can hear them when I'm working out. That's it."

Sanders released his debut single "Perfect Timing" last May, then followed that up with a new music video for his song "Life" featuring Que and Junior in February.
He told Crosby he was on hiatus from producing new music ahead of the 2025 NFL draft.
"I'm realistic. My music recently hasn't been that good. So, I just put a pause... it's not time right now, it's not time," Sanders said.
When Crosby said he and Sanders would have to collaborate on a song in the future, Sanders grinned and said, "Who knows? We may be teammates."
Sanders completed 74 percent of his passes for 4,134 yards, 37 touchdowns and 10 interceptions during his senior season with Colorado.
He is ranked as the No. 2 quarterback and No. 23 overall prospect available in the upcoming draft on the latest B/R 2025 NFL Draft Big Board. Bleacher Report's latest mock draft has him going at No. 6, a pick currently held by Crosby's Las Vegas Raiders.
Day 1 of the 2025 draft kicks off Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET.
