Travis Hunter Rises to No. 1 on Daniel Jeremiah's Final 2025 NFL Draft Big Board
There's a new No. 1 in Daniel Jeremiah's final 2025 NFL Draft Big Board.
Jeremiah of NFL.com listed Colorado's Travis Hunter as the top player on his big board ahead of Thursday's draft. In Jeremiah's last prospect rankings, he had Penn State's Abdul Carter No. 1 overall and Hunter at No. 2.
Jeremiah moved Carter to No. 2, followed by running back Ashton Jeanty at No. 3, defensive tackle Mason Graham at No. 4 and edge Jalon Walker at No. 5.

Some other notable moves include wide receiver Matthew Golden, who jumped from No. 16 to No. 14, and edge Shemar Stewart, who moved four places up to No. 23.
Miami quarterback Cam Ward held steady at No. 8, making him the top-ranked quarterback in the draft class by Jeremiah. Ward is widely projected to be the first overall pick in this year's draft, including by Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department.
While all signs point to the Tennessee Titans taking Ward with the first pick, the Cleveland Browns' No. 2 pick isn't as cut and dry. Both Hunter and Carter are tremendous prospects, but fill very different needs. Hunter would give the Browns a generational athlete who can play on both sides of the ball, while Carter would be a dominant pass rusher and strong complement to Myles Garrett on the defensive line.
How exactly the draft will shake out will be decided in the coming days.
