Watkins is enrolled in the class, but it's still noteworthy to get advice from the most talented player in women's college basketball. The All-American is recovering from an ACL injury and also is coming off of a season in which she averaged 23.9 points, 6.8 rebounds and 3.4 assists.
Brady last played in the NFL during the 2022 season and became a minority owner of the Raiders this season. He is also a broadcaster for NFL on Fox and is Carroll's boss with the Raiders.
Carroll was the head coach of the Seattle Seahawks from 2010-2023 and led that franchise to two Super Bowl appearances and one title. That loss notably came at the hands of the New England Patriots, who were quarterbacked by Brady.
Now, Carroll and Brady have a unified goal of bringing the Raiders back to prominence. Watkins, on the other hand, will hope for a speedy recovery from the injury so that she can help the Trojans strive for a NCAA Division I Women's Basketball National Championship in 2026.
