Many NFL Evaluators Reportedly 'Unbothered' by Will Campbell's Arm Length Measurement
Lackluster measurements may not impact offensive lineman Will Campbell's draft stock too much.
Field Yates of ESPN reported that several NFL evaluators are "unbothered" by Campbell's arm length and that most view the LSU product as the top tackle available in the 2025 NFL draft.
"The number of evaluators who are unbothered by Will Campbell's arm length really stands out to me," Yates wrote. "I was hard pressed to find an exec or coach who doesn't view LSU's Campbell as the best tackle of this class, and those same people told me his length wasn't a concern on tape. I'm not ignoring his 32 ⅝-inch arm length from the combine, but most people I talked to are bullish on Campbell becoming a really good left tackle. He has excellent footwork, balance and body control to hold up as a pass protector."

Cardinals May Be Bluffing Pick
Campbell's arms measured in at 32 5/8'' at the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine and 33'' at his pro day.
Campbell is rated as the No. 7 overall player and the No. 1 overall lineman in the draft class by Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department. He was primarily a tackle at the collegiate level.
While his measurables could signal a potential move to guard, Yates' report that teams view Campbell as a tackle shows that his talent may overshadow any physical deficiencies.
The draft is set for April 24-26 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
