Travis Hunter Is Favorite to Be No. 2 Pick in 2025 NFL Draft Odds over Abdul Carter
Travis Hunter (-130) is the favorite to be picked No. 2 overall ahead of Abdul Carter (+100), according to the latest NFL Draft odds on DraftKings.
The Athletic's Jeff Howe previously reported that there’s growing belief that the Cleveland Browns, who hold the No. 2 pick, view Hunter as a "favorite."

Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
Shedeur Sanders has the third-best odds to be picked No. 2 overall, coming in at +750. Miami quarterback Cam Ward is a -5000 favorite to selected first overall.
After it was believed the Browns would select either Carter or Sanders, there is now chatter that the team will shift its focus to Hunter, with the Titans expected to take Cam Ward at No. 1.
"Titans have respectfully cancelled private workouts with Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders, making it all but official they will take Cam Ward No. 1," NFL draft expert Todd McShay wrote. "And now I’m starting to hear more and more about Hunter to Cleveland at No. 2. That would mean Abdul Carter vs. Shedeur for the Giants at No. 3."
NFL executives have noted that the Browns have been "high" on Hunter throughout the draft process. Following Colorado's pro day on Friday, Browns general manager Andrew Berry was reportedly watching "intently" from about 10 yards away, according to Howe.
In addition to a strong Browns presence at Colorado's pro day — including owner Jimmy Haslam and head coach Kevin Stefanski — the team met with Hunter and Sanders and had dinner with both players.
