Rams Reveal Plans, Renderings for 52-Acre 'Rams Village,' Will Include Practice Fields
The Los Angeles Rams are making their presence felt in Woodland Hills, California.
The NFC West team announced plans for its "Rams Village" on Sunday, which will be a 52-acre neighborhood in Warner Center in Woodland Hills and feature indoor and outdoor practice fields, team headquarters, retail space, parkland, offices, open spaces, a hotel, restaurants and multiple indoor entertainment venues.
According to the announcement, Rams Village is part of the nearly 100 acres the Kroenke Organization acquired in 2022.

"This is a tremendous opportunity to develop a dynamic destination and create the Rams permanent headquarters within the City of Los Angeles," Rams owner E. Stanley Kroenke said.
Los Angeles' two full-sized grass fields are already in place and will be part of the new plans. There will also be a new indoor practice field that can seat up to 2,500 people and two indoor performance venues. One of those venues will feature 5,000 seats.
The venues will house events such as concerts and awards shows.
Given the extensive nature of the project, different parts of it will be unveiled during a phased construction schedule that will last many years.
The Rams returned to Los Angeles ahead of the 2016 season after playing in St. Louis for 21 seasons from 1995 to 2015. The franchise was previously in Cleveland from 1937 to 1945 and then Los Angeles for the first time from 1946 until the move to St. Louis.
Rams Village further underscores the team's commitment to the Los Angeles area and will give it quite the headquarters space as it looks to build a contender in the NFC West.
Los Angeles is coming off a 10-7 record in 2024 and made the playoffs for the fourth time in a five-year span. It also won the Super Bowl during that stretch, although it lost to the eventual-champion Philadelphia Eagles in the Divisional Round this past season.
The Rams will look different in 2025 with Cooper Kupp no longer on the roster and Davante Adams joining the wide receiver group. There was some speculation they would trade Matthew Stafford, but the veteran quarterback will once again be under center.
And his team will have some new-look space in California once this project is completed.
