MLB Opening Day 2025: Betting Lines, Odds Revealed for All Matchups on Schedule

The start of the 2025 MLB season is here, and with it comes betting odds for the first slate of matchups.

The season starts Thursday with an afternoon contest between the Milwaukee Brewers and New York Yankees followed by 14 other games.

There are plenty of interesting storylines heading into Opening Day, especially with a handful of division rivals set to square off in their first games of the season like the Cleveland Guardians and Kansas City Royals.

The Los Angeles Dodgers started their season 2-0 last week after beating the Chicago Cubs in Japan. Now, they'll look to continue their title defense with a series against the Detroit Tigers.

After coming up short against the Dodgers in the World Series, the Yankees are hoping to once again field a competitive team even with the loss of Juan Soto, who joined the New York Mets. The Yankees will get their first chance to get in the win column against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Speaking of Soto, his first game with his new squad will be a tough matchup against the Houston Astros.
