Shedeur Sanders, Travis Hunter Pro Day Date Set; Deion Expects All NFL Teams to Attend

NFL scouts finally have an official date to evaluate Colorado star draft prospects Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter.

Per Jack Carlough of Sports Illustrated, Colorado head coach Deion Sanders revealed during a press conference on Monday that the team's pro day is scheduled for April 4, and he's expecting all 32 NFL teams to be present.

"We should have all 32 teams in attendance because we got that many players that can flat-out play the game," he said.

While Hunter and Shedeur Sanders are projected to be first-round picks, Coach Prime is hoping the pro day gives other Colorado players the chance to prove their worth.

Wide receivers Jimmy Horn Jr., LaJohntay Wester and Will Sheppard, offensive lineman Justin Mayers, safety Shilo Sanders and defensive end BJ Green II will be among those displaying their skills early next month.

Coach Prime added that NFL Network "may" broadcast Colorado's pro day, and he's looking forward to watching his players showcase their abilities in front of NFL scouts.

"We're going to try to put on the best show possible for the fans, as well as these young men, to have them in a capacity (where) they're at peace, they're at home, they can relax and just do what they've been gifted to do," he said. "I'm excited about that, I really am, because I know all 32 teams will be represented here. It's going to be phenomenal for our program."
