Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
Despite having to leave the team he won a championship with, Gardner-Johnson seems to have no hard feelings toward the Eagles. After all, Philadelphia has several players it has to pay after the Super Bowl and ultimately couldn't afford to keep Gardner-Johnson around.
Gardner-Johnson also showed love to his former team on social media after the trade.
The Texans are getting a standout player in Gardner-Johnson, who racked up 59 tackles, 12 passes defended and six interceptions in 2024. In Houston, Gardner-Johnson will play for a team on the rise after years of struggle.
