The Baltimore Orioles are entering the 2025 season with some new alternate uniforms.
The team revealed a new uniform set that pairs the previously worn all-orange jersey with orange pants, giving the team a more colorful look than the typical white-or-grey color scheme.

Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reported that these uniforms are a tribute to the Brooks Robinson-era and that they will be worn at select home games beginning on April 12.
Robinson spent his entire 23-year career with the Orioles and helped lead the franchise to two World Series titles. The all-orange era came in the 1970s, notably in the 1971 and 1972 seasons. The franchise brought back the color scheme for one game in 2010 but now will make it a more frequent uniform in 2025.
The Orioles will now sport five uniform combinations in 2025, with the traditional white, gray and black jersey tops joined by the all-black City Connect jerseys.
Baltimore went 91-71 and reached the postseason for the second consecutive season in 2024. A young core headlined by Gunnar Henderson, Adley Rutschman and Jackson Holliday has developed and the franchise will hope the throwback uniforms can bring back some of the magic from Robinson's era.
