Free-agent quarterback Justin Fields is reportedly deciding between the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Jets, but he's not letting his impending decision stop him from enjoying his offseason.

Before NFL free agency officially opens on Monday, Fields took to his Instagram Story to post a photo from his vacation in Dubai:

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Fields "has been talking with the Steelers, but needs to understand more about the Jets situation and offer that can’t come until after noon" on Monday.

Fields was traded to Pittsburgh from the Chicago Bears last offseason. He was expected to spend the year as the backup to veteran quarterback Russell Wilson, but he was thrust into the starting role at the beginning of the season after Wilson suffered a calf injury toward the end of training camp.

In his six starts, Fields led the Steelers to a 4-2 record, showing signs of significant improvement from his previous performances with the Bears. He finished the year with 1,106 yards, five touchdowns and an interception through the air and 289 yards and five more scores on the ground across 10 games. He set a new career-high by completing 65.8 percent of his passes.

Despite Fields' early brilliance, Pittsburgh replaced him with Wilson once the 36-year-old was healthy. Even when Wilson and the rest of the Steelers offense struggled down the stretch, Fields wasn't given another chance to prove he deserved to be the starter.

The Jets are hoping to find a viable replacement for veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and all signs point to Fields being at the top of their list. New York is entering a new era under head coach Aaron Glenn and general manager Darren Mougey, so signing Fields would be a positive step for the new regime.
