The 2025 Crufts Dog Show came to an end on Sunday, with over 18,000 dogs competing for the coveted title of Best in Show.

The award was ultimately given to a four-year-old whippet named Miuccia, becoming the fourth of its breed to receive the honor. Miuccia was previously crowned the winner of the hound group on Thursday.

Miccuia's handler, Giovanni Liguori, was amazed by the win.

"It's really a dream come true," Liguori said, via Yahoo News' Ellie Crabbe. "I am truly overwhelmed. Miuccia performed her best."

"She always wants to be super close to me and that’s the most important thing," he added.

Miuccia is from Venice, Italy and is owned by Enrico De Gaspari.

Viking, a Tibetan mastiff from Romania, was named reserve dog. Viking won the working group earlier in the day to enter the race for Best in Show.

Among the other notable Day 4 winners was Shake, an Australian shepherd. Shake emerged victorious in the pastoral group, which produced 2024 Best in Show winner Viking the Australian shepherd.

The annual Flyball competition also wrapped up on Sunday, with Road Runners Beep Beep avenging a runner-up finish in 2024 to win the 2025 event. The Road Runners team has now won the competition three times since 2022.

While several dogs received recognition on Sunday at the NEC in Birmingham, Miuccia ultimately earned the prestigious honor of Best in Show.
