Brittney Griner, Phantom Beat Vinyl in Unrivaled: Full Game Highlights, Recap

Vinyl BC couldn't gain separation in the Unrivaled playoff hunt after losing to Phantom BC by the final score of 80-74 on Saturday.

Phantom BC took an early 10-point lead in the fourth quarter, but Vinyl BC stormed back to gain a 72-71 advantage with a three-pointer from Dearica Hamby.

Phantom BC then went on an impressive 9-2 run which included a jumper from Marina Mabrey to clinch the victory, though.

Brittney Griner spearheaded a strong all-around performance from Phantom BC, scoring 18 points while hitting seven of her eight field-goal attempts. Griner also racked up seven rebounds, two assists and one block.

While Phantom BC was already eliminated from playoff contention entering the game, fans were impressed with the finish from the team.

For Vinyl BC, Hamby led the way with 37 points while shooting 12-24 from the field and connecting on nine shots from behind the arc. She didn't get much help, as she was the only member of her team to surpass 15 points.

Vinyl BC and Mist BC are now tied for No. 4 in the Unrivaled standings with 5-8 records and the final playoff spot will be decided in their respective final games of the regular season on Monday.
