Video: Maxx Crosby Recruits Aaron Rodgers to Raiders, Predicts QB Will Have 'Big Year'
Maxx Crosby would like to see free agent quarterback Aaron Rodgers end up with the Las Vegas Raiders this offseason.
"I know the competitor. He's an ultra competitive human being," he said during Tuesday's The Rush show while discussing Aaron Rodgers with Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports (47:00 mark). "The first year off an Achilles [injury] is one of the hardest things to do. You saw it happen with Kirk Cousins, he had a down year. It happened with Aaron, he struggled early on, but he got better as the season went on. I think with all the doubt, and all the negativity around Rodgersโ'Oh, he needs to retire,' things like that, getting cut by the New York JetsโI know he's 41, but I think he's gonna have a big year this year, and I hope it's in [Las Vegas]. I'm all for it."

Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
Quarterback is undoubtedly a huge need for the Raiders this offseason, and if players like Justin Fields, Sam Darnold and all Cousins all end up staying with their current teams, Rodgers will be one of the top free agents available.
The Raiders could also wait to address the position until the draft, though if they stay put at No. 6, Cam Ward will assuredly be off the board and Shedeur Sanders might be as well (even if recent buzz has him potentially dropping on draft day).
So a Rodgers and Raiders marriage isn't hard to envision. Crosby might just get his wish.
