
Napheesa Collier, Lunar Owls Applauded by Fans after Win vs. Phantom with Ionescu Out
Napheesa Collier and the Lunar Owls dominated the Sabrina Ionescu-less Phantoms 92-79 on Monday night.
With the win, the Lunar Owls improved to 11-1, extending their win streak to three games and maintaining the best record in the league, while the Phantoms remained in last place at 3-9.
Collier finished with 33 points, 12 rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks while shooting 14-of-22 from the field. Skylar Diggins-Smith added 25 points, seven rebounds and 11 assists, while Allisha Gray contributed 23 points.

On the other side, Brittney Griner posted 19 points, seven rebounds and seven assists. She also made history in the first half, throwing down the first dunk ever in the Unrivaled league.
Fans applauded Collier and the Lunar Owls as they blew by the Phantom to grab their 11th win of the season.
Diggins-Smith jump started the scoring for the Lunar Owls, knocking down a jumper to get on the board. Collier found her first bucket at the 4:36 mark of the first quarter, followed shortly by another from Diggins-Smith, but the Phantoms took an early 26-18 lead after one.
Gray opened the second quarter with a three-pointer as the Lunar Owls battled back from the deficit, surging ahead to a 52-43 halftime lead.
Once the Lunar Owls found their groove, they never looked back, outscoring the Phantoms 28-18 in the third quarter. With the target score set at 91 in the fourth, Collier knocked down two buckets before Diggins-Smith sealed the easy victory.
The Lunar Owls will host the Rose on Friday as they look to secure their fourth straight win.
