The 23-year-old posted a 31.5'' vertical jump and 9'4'' broad jump during the on-field drills Saturday at the league's combine. He also showcased some serious arm talent while throwing to the receivers.

Howard also measured in at 6'4'' and 236 pounds while having 9'' hands and an arm length of 32''. Those measurables put him in line with at least one former Super Bowl MVP, according to NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah:
Howard put forth a solid performance espite some jeering from the crowd in Indianapolis, likely due to his association with Ohio State. Howard and the Buckeyes notable beat Indiana in the regular season and took down Notre Dame in the College Football Playoff Championship Game.

Howard just finished his lone season at Ohio State after playing four seasons at Kansas State. He threw for 9,796 yards with 83 touchdowns and 35 interceptions across his collegiate career.
He threw for 4,010 yards with 35 touchdowns and 10 interceptions while leading the Buckeyes to a 14-2 overall record and their first National Championship since 2014.
He is rated as the No. 51 prospect and the No. 3 overall quarterback by Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department.
The 2025 NFL Draft is set for April 24-26 in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
