Brian Daboll Gets 'B+' Grade from Giants Players After Hot-Seat Rumors; John Mara 'C+'
The New York Giants were not one of the highly-graded teams in the NFLPA's 2025 report cards, as voted on by the players.
The team was ranked 20th overall in the NFL, with players citing several areas for improvement, including a "dated locker room, outdated hot and cold tubs and better communication between the team and players' families. While the players appreciate the addition of the family room, they want the team to more effectively engage with their families."
Head coach Brian Daboll was given a B+ grade, ranking him 21st in the NFL, and he rated 22nd in both being efficient with players' time and being receptive to player feedback.

Jaguars' Hypothetical Alvin Kamara Trade Offer
Team owner John Mara was graded at a C+, meanwhile, which ranked 21st as well. He rated 22nd in a "perceived willingness to invest in the facilities," 22nd in contributing to a positive team culture and 21st in commitment to building a winning team.
Given that the Giants were 3-14 last season and have reached the playoffs just twice since winning the Super Bowl back in the 2011 season, a mediocre grade in commitment to winning doesn't come as a major surprise.
