
Shedeur Sanders: Attending Super Bowl Week Was 'Real Motivational' Ahead of NFL Draft
Former Colorado quarterback and NFL draft prospect Shedeur Sanders said that being in New Orleans for Super Bowl week was "real motivational" as he preps for his life in the pros.

Sanders and his brother, defensive back Shilo Sanders, just spent their collegiate careers playing for their father, Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, at Jackson State and Colorado.
But as Sanders said on the podcast, they are now all going their separate ways. The Sanders brothers are both entering the draft, while their father remains at Colorado.
Sanders reflected on the passage of time and entering the new stage of his life, and he seemed excited about what's ahead.
He's right to be, of course. Sanders seems like a lock to be a top-seven NFL draft pick at this point, if not higher.
The latest B/R NFL Scouting Department mock draft has Sanders going third overall to the QB-needy New York Giants. Miami's Cam Ward and Sanders are widely considered the top two quarterbacks, and five of the top seven teams in the draft order need long-term solutions at the position.
In the interim, Sanders clearly got some motivation from Super Bowl week as he hopes to play for a Lombardi Trophy someday. We'll find out soon enough where he lands with the draft beginning from Green Bay on April 24.
