Travis Hunter Will Go No. 1 in 2025 NFL Draft, Says Former Titans Star Pacman Jones

Pacman Jones is fairly confident that the 2025 NFL draft will begin with Travis Hunter's name being called out first.

"He will be the No. 1 pick," he told TMZ Sports. "... There's no way he's not going to be the No. 1 pick."

As for whether Hunter should focus on offense or defense, Jones believes he's a cornerback first.

"He's a defensive back by nature," he said. "I think he'll play a little offense too. I like him on the defensive side of the ball. He's a lockdown corner. It's hard to get out there every play. ... There's no way you can get out there for 170 plays in the NFL. Week in, week out and practice three days a week. That s--t is not happening."

The general consensus seems to be that Hunter will focus on the defensive side of the ball and have a package of plays built for him at wide receiver. Any team that drafts him will do so with their own plan for his future in place, however.
