Tiger Woods Returning to TGL for Tuesday's Match After Mother Kultida's Death

After taking a respite from golf following his mother Kultida's passing, Tiger Woods will take part in the upcoming TGL match on Tuesday when his Jupiter Links GC squares off against New York Golf Club.

According to ESPN's Mark Schlabach, Woods will play first for Jupiter against New York. Kevin Kisner and Tom Kim will follow.

Woods announced on Feb. 4 that his mother had died, calling her his "biggest fan" and "greatest supporter" who was "loved by so many."

Woods planned to play this week at the Genesis Invitational, which he has hosted since 2020, but withdrew on Monday.

The 15-time major winner will be back in action Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
