Eagles' Saquon Barkley: 'Couldn’t Imagine Playing Anywhere Else' After Super Bowl Win
In his first year as a Philadelphia Eagle, running back Saquon Barkley won a Super Bowl and set the NFL's all-time record for most rushing yards in a single season (including playoffs) with 2,504.
Naturally, the ex-New York Giant is enjoying his time in town, and now he can't see himself anywhere else.
"When you’re at one place and you think that’s where you wanna be and retire there, and then life happens. And I came here. Now I couldn’t imagine playing anywhere else," Barkley told Fox29 (h/t PennLive.com's Nick Farabaugh).

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Barkley spent his first six years with the Giants before signing a three-season, $37.75 million contract with the Eagles. That deal has paid off for Philadelphia and the 28-year-old Barkley, a former Penn State star who went second overall in the 2018 NFL draft.
Barkley had an up-and-down tenure in New York, partly because of a struggling offensive line and a largely downtrodden team around him. He also missed nearly all of 2020 with a torn ACL suffered in Week 2.
But this year, he showcased the sky-high potential the Giants saw in him in 2018 en route to helping lead Philadelphia to its second-ever Super Bowl.
It's easy to see why he wants to spend the rest of his career in Philadelphia. For now, he can enjoy this Super Bowl win before working toward an encore in 2025.
