WWE Battleground 2015: Stars Under the Most Pressure at PPV
Even though Battleground is headlined by a battle between Seth Rollins and Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, there is plenty of other bouts that carry plenty of intrigue.
Be it interesting storylines, or just stars with plenty of spotlight on them, there are a number of factors that put some stars under pressure at the forthcoming pay-per-view. Here are some of the men that will be under the most pressure to deliver at Battleground.
Ryback

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
It's fair to say that since he won the Intercontinental Championship at Elimination Chamber, Ryback's first major title reign hasn't sparkled the way it should have done.
He's been hamstrung with a pretty poor field of challengers, proven by the fact he's fighting Big Show and The Miz at Battleground.
But Ryback needs a strong performance inside the ring at the pay-per-view to back up what has been some impressive mic work. We've seen a bit more personality from The Big Guy lately which has been critical to him getting over with fans—but now we need to see a good match when it matters.
If Ryback can see off Big Show and The Miz and perhaps move on to another foe with a strong showing at Battleground, it could be the impetus his title reign needs.
Bray Wyatt
Bray Wyatt fans have perhaps been the most frustrated of all WWE fans since WrestleMania 31.
We've seen little of The Eater of Worlds since his loss to The Undertaker at the biggest show of the year, and his stock seems to have taken a real hit.
Cryptic and eerie promos are clearly Wyatt's niche skill, but there has to be a point where that mixes with other elements to create a compelling and worthwhile feud for Wyatt.
He has a golden opportunity to move back up the pecking order in his feud with Roman Reigns. It's a rivalry that, for once, has some substance behind it. The feud has a background in that Reigns beat Wyatt for a spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match. This at least gives fans something to believe in with this rivalry.
Wyatt still has the potential to be a world champion in the future. But feuds like these need to come off if he is to realize that dream.
Kevin Owens
He's certainly no rookie in the wrestling business, but Kevin Owens is about to experience his first real caveat of pressure in WWE over the next few weeks.
His massive impact since arriving on the main roster has led to him becoming one of the most interesting and relevant stars on the roster. But there is a growing expectation that Owens must win at Battleground.
Two phenomenal matches with John Cena in recent months means that Owens is also under pressure to help produce another classic. That will be one of the biggest challenges facing him at Battleground.
Owens has started strongly since bursting onto the scene, but that initial success now has to be turned into something more sustained.
