UNDER 9.5 Texas Rangers/Baltimore Orioles:
A battle between a wily veteran and a highly touted rookie tonight at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in game two of this three game set. Kevin Milwood takes the mound for Texas while Brian Matusz goes for the Orioles.

Milwood (10-8, 3.61) has been the ace of the Rangers staff all season, and wlll look to lead them to the playoffs for the first time since 1999. Texas is currently in second place in the AL wild card standings behind the Red Sox, but will look to make up ground playing a young Orioles team. Milwood is 9-2 lifetime against Baltimore, but has yet to face them in 2009.

Rookie Brian Matusz (3-2, 5.28) is coming off of his best start as a big leaguer. He pitched 7 innings last Sunday allowing 1 run and striking out 7 Indiand en route to his third win. Matusz, along with Chris Tillman and Brad Bergesen will lead the Orioles into the next decade, and things are looking good for the O’s future. Look for a low scoring game tonight at Camden Yards.
