French Open 2015 Weather: Updated Schedule After Play Is Suspended Due to Rain
Heavy rain cut short Sunday’s action at the French Open, meaning a pair of high-profile matches had to be pushed back until Monday.
The games temporarily suspended were confirmed by the WTA Twitter feed:
It means that supporters will have to wait to catch another glimpse of reigning champion Maria Sharapova, who was due to face Lucie Safarova in Round 4. The Russian has been in exceptional form at Roland Garros up to now, winning all of her matches in straight sets.

The clash between Garbine Muguruza and Flavia Pennetta was the other tie pushed back.
Rain isn’t a problem that typically punctures play in the French capital, and this downpour looks likely to be an anomalous blip. According to BBC, the rest of the week is set to be cloudy but dry, with the sun likely to come out as we approach the weekend.
