MD Anderson and The Phillies In Houston

We are in Houston and although the reasons are serious we were greeted with a full view of Reliant Field - too bad the Vikings Texans game was here on Monday - we could walk half a block and be there.  Too make matters slightly better, Phillies are in town tomorrow night and we  have 5th row seats behind the visitors dug out with Cliff Lee pitching.  The tickets were so cheap that it is almost sinful!  So, while we are out here for the worst reasons there is always the sports that makes us feel better...football and baseball while causing the athletes ain can make a sick person smile.  How blessed are we that Jeff gets the best docs a view of the stadium from our room (as well as the Astrodome - where high school kids get to play football now) and dug out box seats to a Phillies/Astros game.  We may not get to see much of houston but to a sports fan wth cancer, this is the place to be.  Miracles happen at MD Anderson on a daily basis and miracles happen

We may not get to see much of Houston but to a sports fan wth cancer, this is the place to be.  Miracles happen at MD Anderson on a daily basis and miracles happen on the diamond and gridiron as well.  I am hoping for both.  Things are promising and perhaps the Phillies showing up is just a sign from G-d tha hings will be A-OK.   A win please, for us all?
