Sadio Mane Scores Fastest Hat-Trick in Premier League History vs. Aston Villa

If you turned away from the television for, say, three minutes during Southampton's match against Aston Villa on Saturday, you may have missed the fastest hat-trick in Premier League history. 

In a first half that saw the Saints bury Aston Villa, Sadio Mane scored a whopping three goals in under three minutes. Southampton tweeted the tallies:

Mane, 23, came into the contest against Aston Villa with a sure-to-increase 6.96 average match rating from WhoScored.com—7.0-7.9 qualifies as "good"—and has been one of the bright spots on a strong Southampton side.
