Ahmad Bradshaw Pleads No Contest to Marijuana Possession
Running back Ahmad Bradshaw is currently without a team, but the road toward signing with one may have been paved Monday, as the former Indianapolis Colts star pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.
According to Dan Sewell of the Associated Press, the 29-year-old veteran will pay a $351 fine, and he will not be permitted to drive in the state of Ohio for six months. Also, a misdemeanor traffic charge was dismissed.
Per ESPN.com, Bradshaw was pulled over and cited for marijuana possession in Eaton, Ohio, in February.

According to Sewell, the NFL will review the free agent's case now that his legal situation has been settled:
Bradshaw is coming off a season that saw him rack up over 700 total yards and eight touchdowns with the Colts in 10 games before suffering a fractured fibula.
The longtime New York Giants standout is still waiting for a team to pick him up, but his status has been complicated due to the injury as well as the charges against him.
Bradshaw may not be a bell-cow back since he has serious durability concerns, but signing him for depth and leadership purposes is something that could appeal to a team in the very near future.
